Chroma DB refresh working #3

Switched to LLM API
Ensured data scraping pipelines are working
Added feature which ensures whenever user enters a new ticker the db gets refreshed
Whole process from entering the ticker name to getting the sentiment analysis and news links taking around 2:30 mins

Future improvements:

Create seperate method to allow the graph to load early so that it doesn't have to wait for whole news to be fetched
Increase speed and quality of scraped news
