Contact us page so that the user can contact the restaurant

We can just have the contact info of the restaurant to be displayed on the home page. So, the user can directly contact restaurant.

Or We can make a different page for the contact us to make the user easier to use. And for contact us we need to keep phone number, name, email , and a message box in the contact us page.
