Map view #36

Added the map to the individual elephant view. Currently no support for showing user location (#35) or offline tiles (#33)

jk need to create our own activity and migrate stuff there before merging. Not sure how to do that atm

Done in #37. If #37 is OK we can do that merge first and just kill this one
