Can I get script for python3 opencv installation on Xavier with gstreamer support ON? #3

Hi, I had done the above the setup successfully. But unfortunately not able to replicate the setup again. Can I get the script if you have any? also I need cuda support ON by specifying the cuda-10.0 path
