more visible power brackets #1076

many players do choose fleets from particular power brackets - maybe make the game help them?

Proposal: I may try to do something less offensive (but still highly visible), like adding power bracket after displayed faction name, like: Centauri (Tier 1) Or even: Centauri (official, Tier 1) Drakh (custom, Tier 1) And what about (You got me thinking): INSTEAD of force-grouping factions into folder-like power brackets, maybe add a drop down button on top with a list of power brackets - and if player chooses a bracket, factions from different brackets would be hidden?

comment on execution: First I'll need to code the tiers in (so far tiers are NOT in game in any way, it's purely description on the side), same for the info of faction being custom (there is info about ship being custom but not the fleet). Then I'll have to display it in a way described. THEN I'll have the basis to actually attempt to add dropdown list as described

BUT - ONLY IF FRED CONFIRMS THAT VOX POPULI AGREES AND THERE WON"T BE SERIOUS BACKLASH, as it's highly visible :)

Tiers are used by poeple... so maybe that is a good idea after all.
