CCEW circle size #1287

CCEW (and DEW) are shown as really small circles. This makes them completely unreadable... Perhaps make CCEW at least bigger (way bigger)? Although more visible DEW wouldn't hurt, either :)

I adjusted these in latest patch, mainly because Thirdspace Battleship uses such a large sprite that the DEW/CCEW circles were massive. So I set a maximum size, and adjusted very slightly how much each point adds to the circle.
