verify Xonn hit chart - the ship has unhittable jump engine and tiny hangar with large hit chance ATM...

Also: Minbari Shantavi: equipped with INLs, hit chart says NLs, fix! (EDIT: actually fixed, but comparing with original hit chart and checking other details would be in line).
