Orieni split #1681

Orieni are so big that opening them is a problem.

Split off their fixed defenses into a separate directory!

while at it - EA seem to be largish as well...

something needs to be outsourced - proposal is to go for "Customs and non-combat": non-combat: Earthforce One, Cotton, Explorer... custom: Athena, Gemini, Monsoon, Shadow/Drakh Omega... be careful with variants - they should stay with their parent ships despite being custom, unless the can be called separate hulls without much loss (eg. Athena can safely be called a separate hull, as can Shadow/Drakh Omegas I think)
