Incorrect error message for adding an appointment command.

When an appointment is added (in the patient/staff management control - not in the scheduler), there shouldn't be any error saying that the phone number has too few digits as there is no phone number in the argument. Maybe the error message can be changed asking user to switch to scheduler.

The commands for patient/staff management view are different from that of the commands in the appointment management view. Therefore, it does not make sense that a command intended for the appointment management view, but issued in the patient/staff management view, results in the error message that the reviewer has mentioned.
