It's very easy to follow and would allow anyone with little or no experience in Unity to quickly get up and running with the Vive and/or the Leap and/or Efficio. It's made in such a way that you don't NEED to use a Vive, you don't NEED to be using a Leap, and you don't NEED to use Efficio. The video attempts to tackle the subject matters independently.
