env: ubuntu22.04 pure install in vmware

  1. install boost1.80
  2. although gst-rtsp-server too hard complile, but also successful install
  3. omg, still can't complile, than i download gcc13.2 sourcecode and install
  4. after long time algo, i success install gcc13.2
  5. But toss for a long time still can not compile through
