Implement max amplitude of stim windows #3

current outputs don't show sub-threshold responses, would be good to enable an option to include a 3rd type

  1. 0s and 1s
  2. 0s and max response
  3. max responses of all cells regardless of threshold

this can now be enabled or disabled in the constants
