Is this compatible with Optifine? #179

I run a server and have optifine installed client side. Will this mod work on the server end? Can it work client side with optifine? In my testing its worked clientside with optifine but im not sure how.

I may be wrong, however I believe this can work alongside Optifine. I have now tested so maybe test it first to see if it does
