filtering ga:pagePath using utf8 #103

Name of API affected:
Analytics Data Export API

Issue summary:
filter ga:pagePath do not accept utf8 as value

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. just try to filter ga:pagePath using utf8 urls in query explorer

Expected output:
normal pageviews

Actual results:
returns nothing

Removing an obsolete label that was used when these issues were in the 
gdata-issues project.
