Request summary:
Ecommerce tracking pixel support identical in capabilities to that in the 
JavaScript tracking code.

Use Cases:
Mobile ticketing applications for arts venues.  EventTracking just doesn't cut 
it as values are rounded to nearest integer and it's a bit too complicated for 
end users to have one event action for transactions and another for individual 
line items.
