_trackEvent argument #116

Name of API affected:
Analytics Data Export API

Request summary:
_trackEvent as the reference explains, might reduce bounce rate for single 
visits. It would be nice if webmasters can decide if certain event should count 
as a GIF request - true/false argument.

Use Cases:
- onLoad product impressions VS clicks.
- testing text. Record impressions vs clicks to decide witch text works better 
for users (very similar to adwords website optimizer)

Removing an obsolete label that was used when these issues were in the 
gdata-issues project.

This issue has been solved already. _trackEvent has an opt_noninteractive new 
parameter:
