Name of API affected:
Analytics Management API

Issue summary:
I have at least one 'ghost' account with no profiles, and several of our
customers (agencies) have similar leftovers from when clients have shared
access to their profile and subsequently removed it. It looks like this can
leave us with access to the account, but not the profile??? Not sure why this
happens.

It actually appears this way in the GA web interface as well -- accounts are
listed in the accounts table, but when you click on them, they open an empty
profiles list. [note that the New Version beta does not show them, maybe
because of how it is built]

Steps to reproduce issue:
Unsure what combination of events causes this. It may be caused by
gaining/removing access to accounts/profiles from different regions? Have not
been able to determine the pattern.

Expected output:
If all profiles for a particular account have been removed, then the account
should also be removed.

Actual results:
It actually appears this way in the GA web interface as well -- accounts are
listed in the accounts table, but when you click on them, they open an empty
profiles list. [note that the New Version beta does not show them, maybe
because of how it is built]

Notes:

In my case, the "ghosts" are at the Web Property level. I have six web
properties listed for an account which should only have two. Can't really
compare to the UI since web properties aren't listed separately.

Removing an obsolete label that was used when these issues were in the
gdata-issues project.
