Name of API affected:
Analytics Data Export API

Issue summary:
We cannot use UTF-8 characters for keyword filter.

Steps to reproduce issue:
1.
Dimentions: "ga:keyword"
Metrics: "ga:avgTimeOnSite,ga:visits,ga:bounces"
Filter: "ga:keyword=@Ελληνικά"

2.
https://www.google.com/analytics/feeds/data?v=2&ids=ga:45907017&dimensions=ga%3A
keyword&metrics=ga%3AavgTimeOnSite%2Cga%3Avisits%2Cga%3Abounces&segment=gaid%3A%
3A-6&filters=ga%3Akeyword%3D@%25u0395%25u03BB%25u03BB%25u03B7%25u03BD%25u03B9%25
u03BA%25u03AC&sort=-ga%3Avisits&start-date=2011-06-04&end-date=2011-07-04&max-re
sults=50

Expected output:
Total visits for the utf-8 keyword.

Actual results:
Returns 0;

Notes:
I used "Data Feed Query Explorer" to reproduce this issue.
All the keyword I used has more than one visit.
The same queries work when I use different keywords with Latin characters.

Removing an obsolete label that was used when these issues were in the
gdata-issues project.

I get the same problem with French characters like "affichés". This really
needs to get fixed...

UTF-8 in a API seems to me as a standard. It would be great if Google could
give us a hint on the intentions if and when this will be implemented. Thanks!

Just for the record, issue #207 is also related to UTF8 chars when using the
new v3 API with POSTs via the iOS library.

This original bug was for version 2.x of the api. But this bug still exists for
v3.

Can't use any special character in filters.
