Error on unicode campain name cookie #136

Analytics Data Export API

Issue summary:
After visiting an url with unicode campaign name, your code create a malformed 
cookie (with char '?') and lead my browser to keep returning 'Bad request'.

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Visit 
http://cafef.vn/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=b%E1%BA%A5t
%20%C4%91%E1%BB%99ng%20s%E1%BA%A3n
In the first time, it is displayed okie.
2. But when coming back to any pages, my browser (Firefox - lastest version) 
always returns 'Error 400: Bad Request'
3. After clear path and domain cookie, it's okay again.

Removing an obsolete label that was used when these issues were in the 
gdata-issues project.
