Statistically significant pageLoad data #149

Request summary:
I would like to request statistically significant pageLoad data. There are some 
data points that completely mess-up our average loading times (page loading 
times of a couple of hours / days). So, lets say 97,5% of the data and drop the 
upper 2,5% of they have a big enough delta with the average?

Use Cases:
We will be able to actually use the pageLoad data (we cannot use it right now; 
unless we split it up on to some dimenions and drop any extremes ourselves).
