Allow cohort analysis with new dimension: 'First Visit Date' #170

Request summary:
By adding a simple new dimension 'first visit date', it would be possible to 
conduct cohort analysis through the API by looking at the return rates by day 
of users based on their start date.

Use Cases:
This is currently impossible without passing the start date as a custom 
variable (which seems like an overly complicated way of achieving something 
that Google could implement easily with existing data :)
