Create Advanced Segment and Customized Report Through API #174

We are working to add functionality to Google Analytics and we are tired of 
just pull the data to build another report at our site, though we will continue 
to do so to provide better customer experience. 

But is there any way I can create Advanced segment and customize report through 
API? So our customer will not need to leave Google Analytics to access new 
reports we just created for them. Basically we want a Google Analytics 
Platform, not just an API to get data.

yes please - we would like to manage segments for our customers so they can 
group their referral traffic.
