Issue summary:

API is no longer returning any results where Ad Slot = 'RHS'. Instead they 
appear to be '(not set)'

Steps to reproduce issue:
1.enter dimension ga:adSlot
2.enter metric ga:visits

Expected output:
What do you expect to see after performing the above steps?
Visit counts for adSlot 'Top' and 'RHS'

Actual results:
What do you actually see after performing the above steps?
Visit counts for adSlot 'Top' and '(not set)'
