Request summary:
I would love to see the ability to both read and create/update/delete Filters 
that are setup for a particular profile.

Use Cases:
This has a couple of use cases, first when reviewing a customer's profile we 
can make sure they set it up correctly and monitor it to ensure they don't mess 
it up.

In addition to the cookie based exclude filter, we could build a tool that will 
make sure our client's dynamic IP addresses are excluded.

I'm also interested in retrieving all Filters associated with a given Profile. 
This should be fairly similar to the Goals object.

I need to be able to warn my users when they use multiple views from the same 
property that data overlaps / undue cumulative results may occur if filters are 
not exclusive, for instance. It also helps from a quick overview perspective in 
my tool.

As for write access, it would indeed be great to be able to assist them with 
setting up classic use cases such as "branding" / "no-branding", excluding 
their IPs or special cookie-based exclusion, etc. as the original requester 
mentions.

Nick and other GA guys on the forum tell us you guys have been looking into 
this *forever*, and still no delivery? Is it that hard?  Just get would be 
great to start with.
