Request summary:

Add the ability to query custom variable dimensions above 5 using the core 
reporting API to enable access to custom variables 6-50 for Google Analytics 
Premium.

Currently, any query referencing a custom variable above 5 returns an error.

Use Cases:

I have received a number of requests- clearly Google analytics premium 
customers want to be able to take advantage of all the data they have stored in 
custom variables 6-50 with API based tools.
