Expose if AdWords account is linked to Analytics account

Request summary:
Provide a brief summary of the the feature you'd like to see implemented.

I just dont have any way of determining which profiles
have cost data. In the particular app that i am working on, i only
want to show the profiles that have cost data. 

Use Cases:
Describe how you will use this feature if implemented.

Providing this data would make it easier to build my custom dashboard widgets.

Would probably make sense to do this by including the Adwords client IDs to the 
account feed in cases where there is an Adwords account linked to the GA 
profile. This would make it much easier to combine data from GA and AW APIs..
