Issue summary:
Ecommerce data does not show up when I'm looking at events by page. Also,
revenue shows up in the "Top Events" report but disappears if I add pages as a
second dimension. We have many accounts and this happens on all of them.
www.sextoyfun.com uses multiple trackers, but www.sextoyclub.com only uses one
tracker and it has the same problem.

URL of the page exhibiting the issue: www.sextoyfun.com

Steps to reproduce issue:
1.Look at an account with events and ecommerce
2.Go to Content -> Events -> Pages -> Ecommerce
3. OR
4.Go to Content -> Events -> Top Events -> Ecommerce -> add Pages as a
secondary Dimension

Expected output:
Revenue numbers in all fields.

Actual results:
Revenue, Transactions, Average Value, Ecommerce Conversion Rate, and Per Visit
Value are always zero.

Notes:
I do have filters on some profiles, but this even happens in our main profile
with no filters.
