Site Search executes before Filters #212

The Site Search is ran before the Advanced Filter.

When rewriting the URI with an Advanced Filter and adding a new query parameter 
to it, this new parameter created is not recognized by the Site Search, even 
though it shows up correctly on the Pages report.
