Automate account & profile creation #22

Name of API affected:
Analytics Data Export API

Request summary:
The ability to create accounts and new profiles through the api. Adding 
new profiles to accounts. Associating Adword accounts to analytic accounts 
through the api. 

Use Cases:
The ability to create google accounts & google analytic accounts 
automatically for many users at a single time, and get the id returned to 
automate the creation of the google analytics tag on sites. 

The ability to add additional profiles to an existing account, in cases 
when there are multiple domains used for a single user.

Question - How would I go about contacting someone at google to possibly 
set-up a batch of accounts to make this happen right away? Is that 
possible?

It would also be nice if you can change settings for an existing account, such 
as to 
enable adwords cost source or not...

I'd like to have the possibility to retrieve a User List of an Account. In 
addition it would be nice to add/edit/delete Users via the API.

Not specifically "accounts", but it would be really helpful to be able to 
create new web properties and profiles, and then set their settings. I, and I'm 
sure other developers as well, would love to be able to set up Google Analytics 
for a website through such an API, only needing an OAuth.

I also want to add my comment for this feature. We would really love to include 
automated Google Analytics account creation for our multi-site building 
platform. Presently owners of the platform have to go through the motions of 
creating an analytics account for every site they roll out, which can save at 
least 30min to an hour of time if this process was automated.

I think all developers have this on their wish list... com'on Google... I don't 
think this is a crazy request to be able to create properties from the API!

It'll be helpful if we can create Accounts using Management Api. For my 
non-tech savvy customers, will be highly helpful.
