Event tracking using non-interaction argument = true still causing 0% bounce rate. Only on specific profile #225

HTTP, Objective-C, etc.): GA tracking code (synchronous) 

Issue summary:
We are experiencing a 0% bounce rate on a site even w/ the non-interaction 
argument set to true. We are using this strategy on other sites and it is 
working as expected. Attempted a test account and still no luck.

Steps to reproduce issue: We are unable to reproduce this issue on any other 
site.

Notes: This is the "old" synchronous tracking code. Other sites using both sync 
and async code are working fine.
