Name of affected component: Tracking Code (Javascript / ga.js)

Issue summary:
Added the 'inpage_linkid' plugin following to the documentation on:
https://support.google.com/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2558867

The extra tracking code can be seen in the requests (an utme parameter)
But this cannot be seen anywhere in the analytics dashboard (e.g. in-page
analytics)

You can see those reports under Behavior->In-Page Analytics. It only shows
aggregated ids in a visualization.

Do you want to view the element ids as a dimension in a report? It could be
added to the reporting api.
