API returns bad timezone in profile response

Issue summary:
When I'm execute query for getting profiles by account id(31430544), I got 
different timezone in response(http://cl.ly/image/3I0F1U0Y2z15 vs 
http://cl.ly/image/0u2e193F2L3B).

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Google Analytics API v3 > analytics.management.profiles.list
2. accountId: 31430544
3. webPropertyId: ~all

Expected output:
I expect "Europe/Kaliningrad" time zone as in profile.

Actual results:
I got "America/Los_Angeles" time zone.
