Real-time tracking shows all users as new users

2.0 beta 4 both for Android and iOS

Issue summary:
In real-time tracking, all the users are shown as new users, never saw a 
returning user. 

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Use real-time tracking for Android or iOS app
2. Use the app that has been tracked and see it appears in real-time tracking.
3. Wait for a while and use the same app again.

Expected output:
The first time shows the user as new user, the second time shows the user as 
returning user.

Actual results:
It shows the user as new user after the first use.

Real-time reporting in Universal Analytics does not distinguish between new and 
returning visitors.

Since the migration to Universal Analytics has been launched publicly, closing 
this issue.
