Name of related component: Measurement Protocol

Request summary:
Ability to pass Client IP with payload.

Use Cases:
I can not be guaranteed that my clients will execute the request I send them, 
so I instead would like to execute this request on my server.  The measurement 
protocol provides everything I need but since I cannot specify the IP Address, 
all location functionality is broken.

I am facing the same issue here.. We have the tracking code at the server and 
all location based tracking is broken since we cannot send the client IP's.
