Analytics Data Export API

Request summary:
Get language/time/currency settings and ecommerce/yes/no out of the api
Use Cases:
Describe how you will use this feature if implemented.
Now people have to enter this all manual and onlu a proven ecommerce sales
can reveile that ist uses the ecommerce settings.
