Service Accounts cannot get advanced segments as they cannot create those #302

Name of related library and version: JAVA

Issue summary:
It is not possible to use advanced segments through server-server api as server 
accounts cannot create those. And as far as I see it is not possible to login 
to analytics to create those manually.

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Set up service account through Google Apis Console
2. Add analytics user with service account url
3. Use credentials to access existing google analytics account through Java 
client library
3. Use advanced segments ????

Segments are not shareable, this is the main problem I think.
