Add Event Tracking reporting in Real-time API

Request summary:
Add the ability to query Event Tracking reporting via Real-time API.

Use Cases:
The idea is to have a report via the Real Time Reporting API like the currently 
available in here: https://www.google.com/analytics/web/#realtime/rt-event/

And be able to filter by "ga:eventAction" and "ga:eventCategory" like currently 
available in the GA web interface.

Totally support this. While page views are still important, modern Web apps use 
AJAX and update portions of pages as needed, and for these websites events are 
as, or even more, important than page views.

We use event reporting extensively in our media publishing business and without 
it being in the RT API, we cannot use it, so please add this feature as soon as 
you can.
