Shared dashboard that contains widget with link to custom reports

I have one custom report that i shared between two users by sending the 
template link from one user to another.

I share a dashboard that contains a widget.

On the shared dashboard, i link the widget to the custom report that is shared 
between the two users.
It works well on the account the perform the update : when i click on the 
widget, it brings me to the custom report as expected.

Then i access to the account that shares the same dashboard. I can see that the 
widget is clickable (it means that it has a link). If i click on it, i get to 
the home page of custom reports. If I check the linked custom report, inside 
the widget, nothing appears. 

Then i update the widget by linking the same custom report. The link works well.

Then i reaccess to the other account that initially updated the widget. The 
link looks active but is broken : it brings me to the home page of custom 
reports.

Is this an issue? or is it not possible to share dashboard with widget that 
links customs report even though the different user has exactly the same 
customs reports?

In general this prevent us from sharing dashboard accross different users 
because we need to be able to access to the custom reports from them
