GData Version 2 problem

Issue summary:
AuthSub authentication is working fine.  Both the Account Feed and
Data Feed for Google Analytics are working correctly.  I then switched
over to v2 (by adding the "GData-Version: 2" header).  Data Feed works
fine.  However, the Account Feed returns an empty body with a 200
response.

I had the users deauthorize and reauthorize to get a new token, and
the same thing happens.  This has happened with two different accounts.

Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently? If so we'd be able to better 
troubleshoot.
