Request summary:
Advanced Segments should be returned in the Entry tags like the goals do rather 
than account 
wide

Use Cases:
Advanced Segments would only be shown for a certain profile which is more 
convenient for the 
user

Advanced Segments are stored at the user level....not within accounts / 
profiles. You can use the advanced segment feed in the Management API to get 
all the advanced segments for a particular user:
