Character encoding problem

Name of API affected:
Analytics Data Export API
ALL Google Analytics APIs (i.e.: 
http://code.google.com/intl/pl/apis/analytics/docs/gdata/gdataInteractiveSamples
.html)

Issue summary:
When getting data, encoding is wrong. Instead of polish characters I can see 
only "�" characters. Even examples on 
http://code.google.com/intl/pl/apis/analytics/docs/gdata/gdataInteractiveSamples
.html are showing it. 

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. go to 
http://code.google.com/intl/pl/apis/analytics/docs/gdata/gdataInteractiveSamples
.html 
2. authorize and provide tableID
3. click run for "Top Pages By Pageviews" example code.
4. Of course you need to have results containing specific characters.

Expected output:
I would expect to have polish characters to be shown.

Actual results:
I can see only "�" characters.

Notes:
It was working properly for months for us. Most probably last week or 2 weeks 
ago it started to be a problem.

Same problem with profile names with accents in French, using FF 3.59 Vista

Exact same problem with Analytics and French characters. I am pulling out most 
popular keywords and the accents are not showing up.

Tried to render different encodings (UTF8, ISO-8859-1, ISO-8859-2, Windows 
1252) but it still won't work..
