“Get your summer skate season heated up the right way at the first annual Carolina Reaper Road Race.”

This looks good on mobile, but when I view it on the iPad, it goes to the next line after “Carolina.” I would like Carolina Reaper Road Race to live on the same line together if possible. Maybe just omitting “the right way” and possibly “first annual” from the sentence.

@whereareweskating I think omitting "The right way" could do the trick, I'll give it a shot.

Actually @whereareweskating , this is one of those places where I think we need to fluff up the copy. There should be a little opening message that gives the reader everything they need to know about what this event & website are all about, in just a few words. It's particularly helpful for SEO and accessibility needs, and quickly orients our visitors to the website. Would you wanna take a whack at that?

I also think we could replace The First Skating Race... with the date, and then have the little opening paragraph which could start with "...the first road skating race in Souch Kakalaki".

I made a new issue about the date and first header on the home page, but I think it looks great as is. Keep it simple, and get right to the details. Right away, I see that there are three distance options, and etc.

I think FAQ pages are great places to hide SEO?

Those are just my 'pinions and they're not strong on this one, yet.

generally for SEO, we want to have keywords about each page as close to the top as we can get em. I think we can keep it simple and hit a bunch of keywords. What I'm suggesting doesn't need to be much more complex than what's up there now.

Okay heard! Draft something if you have it in mind, I dig!

Here's a draft:

Start your skates a'sizzlin at the first annual Carolina Reaper Road Race in Greenville, SC on Saturday, June 10th, 2023. Read on for more info about the race, the course, where to stay & what to do in Greenville during the race weekend.

With the updates to the main heading and date, this does feel a little redundant but I think it's the good kind.

Gonna close this for now, we can come back to this if we need to change it!
