For clarity, let's make Registration Fees Pre-Registration Fees In the same box, add *On-site registration fees additional $10 per category - not-bulleted list.

Keep the On-site registration fees note at the bottom of this section in the paragraph text. Keep the Home page box title "Registration Fees"
