Cannot decrypt charcter " or ' or any emojis or diff characters of different languages #21

While encrypting today using this package, i found out that it does not decrypt the characater " or ' , emojis or any character from a different language etc. I have attached an image below to show.

The rectangle with 5 lines should be outputted as ' not the rectangle
