infinite loop in confirm email #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on yes after receiving an email to receive an item
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
page is redisplayed infinitely

clicking a second time on Yes link redirects to the confirm email page which 
does not loop

fixed by urlencoding the redirection url from the registration process
