What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on 'Yes' inside the email with a subject: maazza@live.fr would like to
get maa:10:43:win7:FF back
What is the expected output?
1. it the URL is incorrect, we catch the exception and we show the relevant
message.
2. we send to the developers the error by email
