for virtually stimulating our compiled program to see wheter it works or not

the one like me i dont have a arduino board to burn the program and see it 
working.
i would like to suggest to built a stimulation area for example i worked on 
line following robot my program is compiled but i do not have a aruino board 
then there should be a i a stimulation criteria sor my program to see my robot 
woking virtually just like we do in keil we select ports and see wheter our 
ports are working or not or in c/c++ a black screen comes after running program 
and we input hte numbers and alphabets.

While this would be cool, I think it's beyond the scope of the Arduino software 
development, at least for the foreseeable future.  There are simulators out 
there, although I haven't used any of them.
