User interface tweaks #721

What change would like to see?

Re-order the "groups" of top-row icons and change some of the icons themselves.

Why?

The top-row buttons in RC2 are in an illogical order. Intuitively, you must do
some sort of file manipulation before a verify or upload a sketch, and for most
Western-language speakers that is a left-to-right order.

In almost all GUI interfaces, the file manipulation interfaces (menu/buttons)
are on the far left, starting with "new", then open, then save. (which is what
it is now, just in the wrong place!)

On that note, the vast majority of GUI interfaces present the three file
manipulation icons/buttons in a universal way: A generic dog-eared document, a
folder and a diskette. Re-inventing them to be new and unfamiliar icons serves
no purpose but to confuse new users!

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions? If so, how
can these be mitigated?

Reverting back to the 0.22 layout, with "verify/stop" being moved. No other
impact.

I think the emphasis is on verify and compile since you can do that without
having to use the new or save buttons. There's a sketch opened by default and
you can upload it without saving it or anything.
