Grey-out "Save" menu & button when sketch is current. #722

What change would like to see?

When a sketch is saved, the File-Save menu choice, and possibly the button, 
should be greyed-out.

Why?

Standard accepted user-interface paradigm.  Avoids confusion about document 
state.

Would this cause any incompatibilities with previous versions?  If so, how can 
these be mitigated?

Zero impact.
