Prompt to add user to the lock and dialout group #741

Under a linux system, the user has to be a member of lock and dialout groups. 
It would be awesome to have a prompt and automatically add the user to these 
groups so that users can use the software without any problem.

This sounds like it would be cool, but I think it's out of the scope of Arduino 
software to start messing with user permissions / groups.  Maybe there's an 
alternative approach that would mean that we wouldn't need to change those 
things?
